Life here has not quite gotten back to normal yet, but I've decided that I can't keep using that as an excuse. So, today I have started back with my work out program.
Of course starting back up after not working out means that I'm not at the level I was before. I'm guessing it will be about a week before I'm doing the same amount of reps and at the same level of intensity that I was at before. This coming week I will also be back teaching again. It's a new semester (the new school year starts in April here) so I will have a new schedule, and new classes. I'm not sure how the new schedule and my workout program will mesh, but I'm sure I'll be abel to work something out.
