I am kinda proud of myself this week I was and still very tired but I didn't jam out and not go to the gym or skimp out on my walks or workouts at home, plus I did get most of the stuff I needed to get done , done.
Plus at the gym I am now doing 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and about 15 to 20 mins on the tread mill for my whole couch to 5k training( and I haven't fallen or tripped or any injuries YAY!) not to mention the rower and the weight circuit.
My pants are officially too big for me, which is awesome!! My friend Shannon who I haven't seen in awhile actually noticed that I lost some weight, this made me feel really good about myself. I kinda was doing the little happy dance in my head, there was a song too. I haven't weighed myself since the last time but I defiantly think that I have lost some inches.
I have to make this post short but I will put something up on Wednesday .... baby is needs me
