Bread!

Things are still getting back to normal here. Public transport is still working on weekend hours, and erratically on any days with strong aftershocks (funny thing is one is happening while I write this).  Repairs are still being done on buildings, and stores are still half stocked. But, it's getting better, and how do I define "better" you may ask. I define it with bread.

I have not had bread in three weeks, it was one of the first things to go and it has taken this long for me to find it in the stores again. Usually there are signs stating one loaf (8 slices) per customer, these signs are also on milk and eggs as these are also products that took a couple weeks to get back in stores. When I say back in stores it's not exactly what it sounds like, the quantities are not at the normal levels. Often it's a couple of shelves about a meter wide. It's very strange to be in a grocery store and see whole sections empty. I can honestly say I've never been so aware of everything I'm eating.

Wow this has taken a turn for the depressing, sorry. Ummmm..... yeah, here's a cute kid playing the ukulele.
